Return & Cancellation Policy

Each batch of PUF Teas is meticulously blended by hand, a process that we undertake with utmost care and precision. We craft these specialty blends in limited quantities, tailored to meet the current demand, which is why we operate on a pre-order basis. This unique approach, which ensures the freshness and quality of our teas, also means that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on the teas we sell. Nevertheless, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us immediately with more details so we can assist you.

An order that I placed needs to be canceled.

If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please note that your order may process and ship several hours before changes are reflected in your Account area on the website or before receiving notifications.

If your order has not shipped, we can cancel and process a refund of the order minus the payment processing fees we are initially charged, which are $2.50 per order. We do not get these funds back if we cancel and refund you, so we cannot provide a full refund if you change your mind after you order.

If the order has already shipped and was returned to us and you wish to cancel it, we will refund you the purchase amount minus the payment processing fee and the postage paid (which has already been used). Your product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. This opportunity is voided after 15 days of delivery.
